Meet Dr. Colin Malaker

Dr. Colin Malaker is the founder and owner of Sterling Dental Care. He built it from the ground up on the premise of providing dental excellence in a soft, relaxing environment. His goal is to make every guest's dental experience, no matter what is being done, the best they have ever had.

Dr. Malaker started his career as a commercial pilot after graduating from a four-year flight program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach Florida. After five years of flight experience, he found himself wanting a change that allowed him caring contact with more people instead. He turned down a position with TWA and went back to school to start the journey of becoming a dental care provider.

Dr. Malaker graduated from the University of Illinois - Chicago College of Dentistry with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Along with his degree, he also completed an externship in oral surgery to enhance his experience. He attends numerous continuous education programs each year to keep up on the latest technology and techniques so he can pass that quality on to his guests. He is a standing member of many organizations to keep abreast of modern dentistry and to help resolve issues with Missouri's underserved dental population.

Sterling Dental Care is founded with the principle of “Comprehensive Care” built in. Dr. Malaker is experienced in so many aspects of dentistry including orthodontics, implant dentistry, cosmetic, pediatrics, and much more, that it allows you and your family to get the most comprehensive care possible in one place.
